Create a New Web Channel

  • Updated

A web channel is used to provide a persistent embed code that you can use to display the most recent broadcast associated with the channel. The embed codes provided by your web channel will display your content for up to 30 days or until you replace it with another broadcast. If you would like to broadcast multiple events simultaneously, you will need to create a new web channel for each one.

Web channels can be managed in Studio through Settings > Web Channels.

Your web channel is also where you can choose to enable or disable automated subtitles for your events. If you would like to learn more, read our article on using automated subtitles or our subtitles FAQ.
