Can I Reimage My Encoder?

  • Updated

Reimaging your encoder is the process of manually reinstalling Resi's software on it. If your encoder won't boot up, its software becomes corrupt, or you are unable to load the login screen after connecting a mouse, monitor, and keyboard, you may need to reimage it.

If you're experiencing issues with the encoder software, contact our technical support team. They will troubleshoot and if necessary, provide the resources and steps to manually reimage your encoder.

You will need at least an 8 GB USB memory drive and a Windows machine to complete this process.
